I asked Russell Marina and they said a cleanup was planned and cancelled? WTH? Surely, we are not going to walk past this elephant in the room and have people injured and also dampen our use and enjoyment of our beautiful Lake---or, are we?

That very well might be exactly what happens, even more so now with not only T town but Joplin and many other cities, I feel we are very low on the priority list. Best thing we can do is round up some junky pontoon boats, a cooler of beer, and join together and do it ourselves. We can handle it, we dont need to have our hand out, but it will have to be a joint effort.

Agree, would need to have equipment to pull some of this stuff out of the water, but a good bit could be a community/individual effort. My wife, dog, and I are pulling out what we can get, but are just piling it up right now - if we get some rain, we can burn it....
