As I predicted, Judge McAfee chose ambition over intellectual honesty and moral courage.  Brilliant move by Democrats to put up a candidate against him the fall election as it apparently worked like a charm.  Sadly for him he will still lose, especially since every conservative voter in Fulton County will now vote for his opponent. 

So she committed perjury in his court right to his face (a felony for conservatives only), she violated her oath, she violated Fulton County and Georgia Bar rules of conduct and a dozen other violations but none of that was enough for him to remove her and her office from this case.  Exaclty the outcome I predicted.  As someone on the radio this morning said, the least surprising news of the day.

Trump will be tried and convicted in Fulton County and those convictions will be overturned on appeal when the case is out of Fulton County.

I can't counter your assessment but it explains his decision.  Thinking he could sugarcoat the decision is a calculate decision but corruption is real.

Having lived in the Atlanta area for as long as I have this wasn't exactly a hard prediction.  My personal view is this is where the real privilege lies in America right now.  If anyone thinks that a white, male DA using lawfare against Obama that had engaged in this conduct would have survived this unscathed they would be truly delusional.  Even many in the liberal media are questioning the decision.  And leftists wonder why we are certain of a two-tiered justice system in this country.  Sad day for the justice system....not that justice and Fulton County have anything to do with each other.

Who the prosecutor was sleeping with is not that big a deal to the guilt or innocense of  Trump. His actions listed in the indictment are the facts or non facts that will be argued. It is actually hilarious that the orange haired orangutang's big defense is the prosecutor's sex life. LOLLLLLLLL.

You are obviously not paying attention.  The sex life of Fat Fani is entirely material to her desire to get an indictment against Trump so she can pay Wade while enjoying getting hosed up her a$$ by him on lavish vacations.  Ya see Goofy, we already know Trump is innocent of these stupid RICO charges.  That Fat Fani can get a jury of dumb, partisan Fulton County jurors to indict and later convict regardless of the merits or the evidence is a foregone conclusion.  We get that.

But you don't get it.  We are not stupid.  We see two people in the bank vault (Willis and Wade) and one not being arrested (Willis).   We see blatant, obvious criminal acts with classified documents by Brandon but because he is a drooling, senile idiot there is no indictment because Hur knew the chance of a conviction in DC, regardless of the iron proof evidence of felonies, was not going to happen.  We can see idiots at the Capitol on J6 being given outrageous sentences for walking around while contemptible Antifa or BLM thugs cause murder and mayhem are getting out without bail and then having charges dropped.  We can see all this and understand we have a two-tiered justice system.  If you don't see that reality then I have lost whatever respect I have for you as a sentient human being.

And what's even worse is that all this makes Trump stronger.  If he is reelected this year you have deviants like Willis, Bragg and Smith to thank for it. Not to mention the disaster from the guy you voted for.

No, my logic is based on watching actual footage from J6 and not the cherry picked ones that show even more idiotic people doing more than just walking around the Capitol.  But when you compare the sentences given even to those morons compared to the Antifa and BLM riots they are outrageously wrong, as the appeals courts are starting to rule in hundreds of cases.

And my logic on Fat Fani and this pathetic judge is likewise based on watching the testimony in the hearing and looking at the text messages.  That there was enough misconduct for the judge to force her to choose between her or Wade to be removed from the case is proof that both should have been removed.  Cause, ya see, they both did the same thing.  They both committed perjury.  They both financially benefited from the case being brought.  They are co-conspirators and yet one of them walked free.  They both stood there with their own guns and simultaneously shot someone but only one of them was arrested.  That you don't understand that really means you are the one that sympathizes with this Russian style of "justice".
