We are right across from Chuck's and I could hardly believe my eyes when we drove down our street. There was so much "green" stuff that we had a hard time finding the boundaries of the road. There was at least 6-8 inches of debris on our roof. The decks and piers looked like they had been thatched. I cried when I saw my irises and nandinas which I had made pictures of just yesterday because they were so beautiful. All of the other bushes that we had planted last year were budded out and so healthy becuase of all the rain. I have been in hail storms before, but I have never seen anything like this. I am glad our vehicles were safe in the garage at home. Everything that we had that was plastic or glass was shattered. Thank God none of our windows were gone. If you live near that area and you haven't been to check on your property, I would suggest it.
