We have been living at the lake this Summer trying to decide if we want to move here full time. I have a home in Mobile and one here and "here" seems to be winning. :) My wife really wants to move and so we probably will.

Why does living at the lake have to do with the price of the outboard???? If you don't want to name a price, just ask for offers.

No pix.

I ran into the same problem.  When you "upload" a pic you are only uploading a link to where the pic really is.  If it is on your computer it won't show up on the forum.  I had to upload to the LM Photo Gallery, then point there in the post for the pic to show on the post..

If it will crank and run out good, I'll go to $ 200. If you are around the lake so I can try it.

If the one cranks and runs OK and the other is in decent condition I will increase the bid to $200.01 - LOL. As I am not letting some old Rooster out fox me.

Not that I don't care about makeing a little money but what I really won't is someone that collects old outboards just to keep them for the furtue generations to be able to see where it all started. One of the motors Sears Elgin Model # 571.58401 2.5HP was made between 1947-1951.Thats old.Even though it needs some work (Previous owner left gas in it) its still COOL.The other is a 1961 Wizard 1961Model # MLM6912a 12HP.It is in great shape runs but needs some carb work,It has allways been stored inside and I also have the owners manual Model # 80-33.I'm trying to gather more info on both so I can make the best decission but would rather sell for less than have them throw it in the back of a pick-up and trashed.I know this may sound like BS but old well thats just fine to. I tried to download pictures but no luck so far...HELP  See ya on the LAKE
