Read several opinio pieces that Biden is using a threat to Ukraine to take attention to all the failure's of his Administration.  It would turn out that the NATO is not as united on Russia as Biden would have us believe.  Germany is refusing to add troops; France thinks that we are driving Russia into China's arms.  

Some believe that Russia does not want to invade Ukraine, but wants to create deep divisions between the US and it's European allies, that will ulitmately result in the outster of the US in Europe.  It's pretty apparent that our influence is crumbling when the EU says that they want to negotiate with Putin, not have the US lead the negotiations.  

If this is true, Putin probably picked this time given the weakness of this Administration, the unpopularity of Biden in the US, and his total focus on COVID.

The more I read about the call with Zelensky and his follow up statements the more I think you are right.  Dementia Joe seems to almost be hoping for an invasion so it will distract from his absymal failings as President.  I can assure you he does not care who dies as a result of this if it helps him politically.  Yes, I am that cynical of the guy. 

And Zelensky's statement that people are safer in Kiev than in LA or any other larger America city is spot on.  They are Democrat left wing nut sh!tholes filled with crime, homelessness and fecies/used needles/trash all over the place.  They are on there way to being unlivable by normal human beings and will be overrun with mentally ill homeless people suffering from drug and/or alcohol addiction.

By the Secretary of Defence and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.  They kept using the term "military advisors" and sayng that they were supporting NATO members.  Then, Biden comes out and says we are sending troops to Eastern Europe.  Ukraine is not a NATO member.  So what are we doing?  The Ukraine President is asking that the West tone it down.  So unless we've got some really great intel that they aren't willing to share, it looks to me like we are doing something.... diversionary?  Are we sending a message to Putin?  I don't think so.  Sending troops is a show of force.  Another Viet Nam?  

Fox news broke the news that the Administration is breaking the law by admitting illegal and shipping them all over the country under a cover of darkness.  Why is no one outraged about this?  Where are the impeachment talks?  Trump was impeached for holding up Ukraine's security assistance by a couple of weeks.... I guess we're giving Joe a pass.
