China’s foreign ministry warned that any damage to that principle could rupture diplomatic ties. State media called Trump “as ignorant as a child,” and Chinese took to social media to upbraid the president-elect’s comments.

Terrible that the Chinese would equate our President elect Trump to a child. His Twits are NOT the work of a child. Children don't know more than those Gernerals and children can't go a week withut a security briefing. The Chinese are just trying the same stuff that WIX likes to use when referring to Obama. Trump has told us he is smart so it must be true.

At least indicate what the principal was - the one child rule, aborting millions of women talk about a war on women cause everyone wants a son.

China is a panic that we would abandon the "one China" policy that they will no longer have leverage over Taiwan.  I've always thought that this policy is ridiculous. Taiwan is a independent country and we sell them defensive weapons. Somewhere along the line, China forced the U.S. into this "one China".  I believe Tump is sendin signals to China that they can't count on getting their way.  Meanwhile, we'll probably hear next that China is cruising the Taiwan Straits again, to send them a message.
