The list of Dems abandoning ship continues to grow......this one so he can pay his legal fees related to alleged campaign fund misuse.  Funny that our favorite tracker of corrupt politicians missed this one......oh wait, he's a Dem.  That explains it.

I remember Andrews going back to 1988 when he was elected a County Commissioner in South Jersey. He was a part of the Democratic machine that I oppossed as I was an active Republican on the local level back in those days. He is resigning in disgrace and good ridance. His replacement will be Donald Norcross.

Yeah its clearly a very safe Democrat seat so its really about a guy going for some bucks to pay his legal bills. Interesting that he is going to do "PR" for a law firm.  I suspect that really means he is going to be a lobbyist.  

From what I have been reading the Dems have all but given up on the House and are going to focus 100% on trying to hold onto the Senate. With the anchor of Obamacare and the economy seemingly getting worse and not better it will be more of a challenge than they already faced in a year when they have so many more seats to defend.  It would not surprise me if the big bucks donors partially stay on the sidelines in 2014 and hold their powder for 2016 when they believe a successful POTUS candidate can bring along Congress as well.  If they do lose the Senate and the House stays in GOP control it will raise the stakes for the nomination which may not help Hillary....or it may help her....not really sure.

On a side note your comment about being a Republican when in NJ sounds eerily like a seminar caller.........don't tell me you gave up your free Obamaphone and public assistance and are now one of those guys in pj's calling talk shows!  C'mon GF, have some decency man and get off the dole........
