It is definitely a treat to be able to, once again, punish my body with an a Sausage McMuffin for breakfast instead salami, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs!

Thanks. Their breakfast is probably one of the reasons they don't have the girth problem that so many Americans face.
Am playing catchup - After having breakfast at the quaint Scottish restaurant, it was Zaxby's for Wings and Things for lunch today, will grill Peppertree ribeyes at home tonight, barbequed ribs tomorrow, and an Uncle Herschel's from Cracker Barrel mixed somewhere between...
