shaking his head and covering his face with his hands.  Schumer couldn't leave well enough alone, and Democrats are going to pay the price come December when the debt ceiling comes up again.  McConnell told Biden that Republicans will not help with the debt ceiling vote in December.  

To me, Pelosi and Schumer are a good example of what is wrong with the Democratic party.  They care more about winning for their party than they do winning for the good of the US.

And yet in the end Manchin will vote for trillions in wasteful spending and new debt.  It's all theater to fool voters that he's anything other than a left wing Democrat. WVa voters need to look at how he votes and send him packing.

I don't agree with you about him.  I really think he realizes that there is going to be a bill, but I think he has some common sense that says his party bills are just too large.  I agree with him that they need to pick one thing and get that done.

I'd offer to bet you Manchin and Sinema fold but I don't have a good track record in my bets with you.  I hope you're right about him but he continues to waffle on the amount despite having said multiple times that he drew the line at $1.5T.....which is already $1.5T too high.  Same with the Hyde Amendment.
