After today's star witnesses it really makes me wonder what the end game is for Democrats.....cause it sure isn't impeachment.  I have never heard so much heresay, opinions and concerns without any factual basis in my life.  Neither of these two were on the call.  Neither have ever even spoken to Trump.  Neither of them would even say there was an impeachable offense as a result of the call.  I get that both of them didn't like Trump's approach toward Ukraine.  But even Bill Taylor has admitted in testimony that Ukraine has been far better taken care of by Trump than the shoes and blankets sent by Obama.  He also admitted to three calls with Zelensky in which no pressure was applied and that they got the funding with no investigation of Burisma.  It is no wonder Nancy threw this to Pencil Neck......he must be expendable.

I am quickly coming to the firm conclusion that this is all a smokescreen for the IG and Durham reports.  They will flood the zone with phony impeachment news and their masters in the media will do their thing.  The problem is that they no longer control the media or the message......there are too many alternative sources.  Interestingly, recent polls have 6% fewer Democrats for impeachment.  I suspect it will drop even more after this.  And the hits on Biden and his corrupt son are happening left and right.  It will only get worse for Crazy Uncle Joe.  At least now I see why the original hearings were in the SCIF and the only leaks were selective.  The cross examination has been utterly brutal.  Vindman will not fare any better but I expect him to show up in full regalia with his hand over his heart waving an American flag.....it will not help as he withers under cross examination and it is apparent that his problem is that Trump's policies toward Ukraine are not to his liking.  Guess what deep state, as Obama said, elections have consequences, and theirs is to either follow the path laid out by POTUS or resign in protest.....not this soft coup crapola.

Nothing about the phone call bothers me; however the lead up to that phone call stinks.  But it is not clear to me how much was Trump's doing and how much was Guiliani's idea.  I read the transcript of the DASD from DoD - as near as I can tell, the real danger of holding up Ukraine's security assistance money until Sept 12th was that they had to really scramble to get the money obligated (i.e. put on contract) so close to the end of the FY.  Because on October 1st, the money would disappear since it is appropriated for 1 year.  Apparently, the interagency has goals and milestones for Ukraine - however, Guiliani's goals were not the same.

This is turning into a Washington drama, which means it doesn't mean diddly to anyone other than a handful of people in Washington.

I stil think Guiliani is behind most of this.  He's a wannabe Secretary of State - instead he's a "diplomat without portfolio".  

Like the Mueller report that Democrats hung their hat on, in the end, this will come out the same.  If Trump fails to be re-elected it won't be because of this.

If there is nothing to fear then let those who were in the room testify.You can't bitch about hearsay when you won't allow those who were there to testify. The whistleblower is moot. Trump, Mulcany, and Bolton should testify. Then, it won't be hearsay. What is wrong with that???

You would think that.  But why should they agree to testify to this bunch of yahoos?  Let them prove their case with all this heresay BS and if they can magically do it then they can always testify.  Otherwise they would be crazy to participate in this nonsense.  Besides, we already have the transcript.  What more can they add to it?  All they are going to do is confirm there was no quid pro quo, no pressure and all they wanted was to get to the bottom of the Russia collusion hoax.  We already know that.  Zelensky confirmed it.  There is nothing left to tell.  This is just another in the long, sordid ordeal the Democrats has been putting us through since he took office.  This is going to backfire on them bigly....
