Andrew Bunting, the Assistant Director of Admissions at George Mason Univeersity, said on his Facebook page that anyone who voted for Trump was a piece of "trash". Apparently he knows that he is not going to be called out by anyone in the Administrative Staff at the University for his harsh words. When a prospective student submits an application for enrollment will he or she have to mark a box indicating who they voted for for President? What a divided, mixed-up world we now find ourselves in! It seems that a lot of what we consider technological innovations such as cell phones have created an inescapable device from opening our feelings for the whole world to see. By the way, did you see that new "hybrid" and battery powered vehicles which make very little noise will have to to equipped with a "noise" making device if they are traveling in forward or reverse at less than 19 mph to keep them from sneaking up on pedestrians. Supposefly, any vehicle traveling above 19 mph creates enough noise from its tires or engine that it will not need a noise making device. It "sounds" like our know all government has been at work again.

I don't know how much you know about George Mason University, but it does not have a good reputation, even in VA. It's kind of one of those schools that will take you, when no other school will take you. So what the assistant administrator says dosen't even register on the Richter scale of Comments.
It's because we are Sheeple, we need to have noise in order to drive safely. Everyone is so busy texting and talking while driving, is why they had to come up with the automatic stop in cars to prevent crashes. Things will be safer when we have those driverless cars. Yesterday we were driving in Montgomery on the bypass when someone came to a stop in front of us for no apparent reaaon. Fortunately, we had enough space to stop.

Advocates for visually impaired have been pushing for this since electric/hybrid vehicles first started being sold. It is a very real issue for them but apparently they don't have good enough lobbyist. The fact that it is being considered now to protect the snowflake millennials is sad to think that asomething that was a real issue but for a very small number of people but was pretty much ignored is now probably going g to happen to protect those that should be looking out for themselves says a lot about where we are as a society.

It is a strange feeling to drive or ride in an electric car. I did both and the lack of an engine noise makes you wonder if it is running. You can have one drive behind you in a parking ot and suddenly turn around and there is the vehicle behind you. A little noise from an engine at least lets you know to get out of the way.

Probably would prefer the silent electric car behind me then the ones with the sound systems that cause my rearview to bounce from a block away.

I was next to one at a stop light last week and it had speakers booming from under the hood. The guy had the windows closed and the damn sound was still boom boom....But, I bet like Trump the owner has little hands so he needs the boom boom for attention....

If you can feel it in your butt - I am not sure you have them installed properly or maybe you do :)
Did see a utube video about a lady having a orgasm from one in a car or watching their hair fly around their head. To me its just a little overkill.
I just prefer my music without hearing damage.
