Have read at least two articles today about students protesting the election of Trump. What is there goal?  To not inaugurate Trump because they don't like him.  He hasn't been in office yet, so we know it isn't anything official that he has done.  I know back in the 60s when people protested, they wanted to end the war.  And when African Americans protest, they want reforms in the Police Departments.  So what, pray tell, are the goals of these protesters. 

Are they waiting for their Certificate of Participation that says "I participated in the 2016 election and did not vote for Trump"  and maybe a small platic trophy to go with it?  Should we hug them and say "I'm sorry the media lied to you that Hillary was unbeatable?"

I really fear for how weak minded the people of this country have become.

Watched some of it on Tv tonight.  Seems it's Bernie's idiots combined with the BLM idiots that were organized together by dimokrap communists to have some fun.  Obviously a nationwide show, and may have been planned to celebrate HILDA'S coronation last night which never happened, so they just decided to protest TRUMP.  This could turn bad if the BLM thugs decide to kill some cops.

Just think about it.....they're upset because THE HILDA BIT...H and the dimokraps had promised these liberal idiot students free education, canceled college loans, EBT cards, free phones, and a life of leisure just for voting for HILDA.  At least some of that free stuff is now in danger, so these slugs are looking at paying for their life of leisure, having to get jobs...YUCK, and living the old fashioned way.  Wouldn't you be upset, too!!!!

Don't forget these idiot students' idols are:  HILDA, Slick Willie, and John Kerry-Heinz were all flower children who never held a real job and sucked the free stuff off the gubment vine.  Oh, and throw o-BAMMMIE in that cesspool group of gubment suckers, too.

I agree with the right to peaceful protest but when it spills over into breaking laws and violating the rights of others law and order must prevail. As you say, when people are on their way to or from work or happen to be traveling through an area where traffic is being blocked, law enforcement can't just turn their heads and wait for things to clear up, or worse, wait for violence to break out. Can you imagine a parent or even a teenager who may be driving with a vehicle load of children on their way to or from school having to face such endangerment. The longer these types of protests are allowed to continue the more intense these situations are going to become. President Obama just stands quietly by while his children are escorted where ever they may go by the Secret Service.
