New IG report found that the U.S. government mistakenly gave citizenship to at least 858 immigrants who were supposed to be deported or came from countries with high rates of immigration fraud. In addition, the auditors found that 963 people had been naturalized despite having outstanding deportation orders. What's even more troubling is that the audit found fingerprints missing from the federal database for 315,000 immigrants. At least three of the immigrants mistakenly granted citizenship were able to get jobs with aviation or transportation credentials, allowiing them access to secure areas. Those credentials were revoked after it was discovered they got citizenship improperly. If we were able to find this information, how many thousands or millions of illegal immigrants are roaming our streets today? And Obama and Hillary plan to add more, with Obama already projecting numbers out into 2017. Can't wait until we will no longer have to live under his "rules".

Talk about a screw up.  And these are the very same people that want us to embrace more refugees.  They don't even have a handle on the immigrants who already here.  But let's elect HRC, so we can continue these great policies. (shaking head)

Initially they reported 800 or so - now its up to 1800.  Its enough to make one sick, but the democrats need those voters!

More than 1,800 people who were supposed to be deported were mistakenly granted citizenship, the footnote discovered by CNN’s Jake Tapper in the DHS Inspector General report shows. That’s more than double the 858 number initially reported by the media.

The IG report found 858 people were granted citizenship under a fake identity that was not discovered, in part because their digital fingerprints were not available. The other 953 people mentioned in the footnote were not included in that figure, because the IG couldn’t determine whether the mixup was specifically related to fingerprint records.
