Here is another program you can take advantage of Jellyfish.. The government (at the expense of tax paying americans) is in competition with AT&T. Another great socialist program. Available to all illegals, drug dealers, and others that do not want to do real work or do not pay taxes. This is getting nuts. I've been seeing the ads for this. Apparently if you get any kind of public assistance, you qualify. It even has features, like call waiting and a fair amount of free minutes per month.

What were they thinking? What is next? First Alert? This is the kind of thing that ticks me off.

I agree. My God ... what did these people ever do before there were cell phones. Did they get a free land line phone and LD? This seems to be the democrats ongoing effort to have government take care of and provide more "needs and wants" of people to solidify their base and to hold them back from advancing. I am a big believer in a helping hand for those in need to help them provide for themselves and be productive in society ... not providing hand outs. The eliminates any incentive if someone else will take care of them. Most people would rather be a productive contributor, but will not refuse the hand out if it is offered. But at whose expense ... working americans that pay taxes and have worked hard to get where they are. I have shared this before ... but I came from a very humble childhood. Blue collar father working two jobs, mom stay at home .... but a lot of pride and instilled hard work and education is what gets you a better life. I had news paper routes for my spending money (no allowance), worked all through HS and college to save for my education. Sorry no handout from dad. Took school loans which I paid back every dime. That is the problem I have when I hear ... "It is time for them to pay their fair share" .... ummm ... when those making over $200K already pay 92% of the income tax. What is the fair share. And why should people that have worked hard to achieve success be penalized for that success?
