of our Vice President of the United States. It's not often that one in such a distinguished high office can drop the "F" bomb on a public stage and get away with it. Congrats Joe, you're all class. What a disgusting embarrassment.

I'm going to agree with you. I never understand why educated people feel they must drop the "f" word into every other sentence. Obviously, his mother never shoved a bar of yellow laundry soap into his mouth when he was growing up (as mine did). It makes quite an impression.

Between my brother and I, momma used allot of soap however, when we got married, had kids, etc. that language kind of dissappeared. You would think a 60 something VP of the US could show a little bit of restraint on a national stage. Geeeessshhhh.

I agree. They used to refer to it as "locker room language".
And BTW, it didn't take the "f" word for me to get the soap -- I think I said "shut up". One thing about my mother... she never made empty discipline threats.

Biden's just lucky there weren't any dragon flies around. They come and sew up your lips if you say curse words...

Having spent some time with a number of very influential people I have never ceased to be amazed by their use of crude language. I met the CEO of an AIG unit once and he constantly dropped the f bomb. I winced every time. The use of this language is a bipartisan problem as we saw with Cheney who at least thought he was offline.
