14  “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

With respect to the virulent chaos (violence) spreading over our nation, discerning followers of Judeo-Christian faith have pondered this very verse from the Bible. Will God give us the same deal as negotiated by Abraham concerning Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 18: 23-32)?

He will not if we do not ask him.

SO… where does this start. Who is the advocate for “my people, which are called by my name”?
