Blackmail is now the norm from his excellency. Play ball with me or I'll remove your company from being a supplier to the government. This behavior is just starting.

A government attempt to oust a longtime drug-company chief executive over his company's marketing violations is raising alarms in that industry and beyond about a potential expansion of federal involvement in the business world.

Since you had to eat crow and remove your last post, can you tell us which drug company? Maybe, the government is doing what Trump says they should and not do business with companies that are violators. Now, tell us what are they violating that the government wants to remove them as a supplier so we can decide for ourselves if it appropriate action? Thanks.

Thanks for the reference. The WSJ article provides some interesting details where he denies knowing of the marketing violations. Sounds like Health South. If you are thwe CEO you set the mission and ethical behavior and culture of the Company. It all eminates from the top down.

Geez, if that worked in politics the Messiah would have to pressure himself to step down for gross malfeasance without a clue..... I think the point is the government has no business pressuring any company or CEO to step down. If the guy broke a law take it to the grand jury and try to get an indictment. Otherwise it is none of their business what a private company does with regard to its leadership.
