I just finished a complete kitchen remodel and I used Ray Berry as my contractor. This was the first time I used Ray and I highly recommend him. He and his crew were always there when he said they would be and his follow up was excellent. He finished the job to my satisfaction and on time. I didn't have to bug him about finishing up the small stuff that so may contractors try to avoid once they get their money. You can reach Ray at 256-596-1360. I used Bullard Garages in B.han about 10 years ago and I am happy with it.  They are factory built, the 4 walls and roof trusses arrive  by flatbed trailer.  They use local guys to pour slab and install shingles and siging which you can choose.  I think D R Horton builds houses this way.  I would at least compare cost vs stick frame.  bullardgarages.com

I live in the Sandy Creek area, thanks for the input, I actually met with Clete with Bullard Garages yesterday and I think that is the way I am going.  Thanks again.
