Anyone notice the water mark on their docks go down several inches today? Not looking good for July 4th.

I am sorry to say I have noticed. We do not have a floating pier. The water level is getting scary!

Today our water dropped about 8 inches on Lay. But for us that's the norm. I've left my pier and came back to 4 inches less water 2 hours later. Don't worry guys there'll be plenty of water for the 4th.

I checked out the boats at the Aeromarine sale in Inverness. They had some decent deals. An 07 Supra Launch with trailer for $37500. A good deal but still too much.

I wasn't gonna say anything but now that you mentioned it...

The storms Friday and Saturday didn't do much right here at the bridge either. Did anybody get much rain?

APCO is showing under 464 this morning. I don't think it'll come back unless we get a tropical depression sitting on us now. It's deja vu all over again. :-(

Same pattern as last year, massive storms in the middle of the country, high pressure sitting right on top us driving all of that rain north of here.

I can't get my boat to my pier anymore. In fact, I can't even get it very far in the slough. It only has a 31" draft - looks like it might be another year for docking with the cruisers and house boats. I'll still be at the lake, and I'll still enjoy the water, but it doesn't look like we're out of the woods yet. Be safe.

If you look at the graph on the first page we are right on schedule with the 2006 water levels...... But we are more than 2ft better than last year......Yes its dropping but it can always be worse.

Gas prices are not dropping at all......

Thank you for that ray of sunshine.

Yes it's dropping but we are still far better off than last year and it's a good thing we aren't flooded. If I wasn't painting my house, I'd be just tickled pink.

Breaks over.....
