She is great - professional, timely, thorough, and can email bills and accepts paypal or CCs.

She has done everything for me from light cleaning to intense "flip this house" style radical transformations.

Kathy is used by myself and others on the forum. Honest and dependable and VERY reasonable. But as far as I know she only takes cash or check. I like the paypal idea, that is pretty neat.
