  Late one Friday an elderly man with a trophy girl friend walked into an exclusive jewelery store. "I would like to see some really nice diamond rings"' the man said.

   "This one is a $10,000 one," the salesman said.

   "That one is nice but I would like something a bit better," the man said.

    Returning from the back with another the salesman said, "This one is $30,000."

    "I'll take it," the man said. "Look, it is late Friday and all the banks are cloced. How about I give you a check and stop by Monday to pick it up?"

   The next Monday the man walked in the store and the salesman said, "What are you trying to pull? You don't have 30K in your checking account!"

   "Yeh, I know," the man said. "But let me tell you about my weekend!!!1"
