  For those folks that don't know Big B runs a special most holiday weekends of a full rack of ribs for $10.i bought a few racks back on Memorial Day and they were fantastic. I've ordered 10 racks for a family gathering on Monday and wish it was tomorrow. We prepare our on sides to go with them and it make a great way to feed a crowd. This is also football kick off weekend and the special is Sat, Sun, and Monday. You have to pre-order to get the special, but can order through Friday.

  I know a lot of you guys enjoy cooking and some claim to be masters of the grill. I cook also but have never had good luck doing ribs, not to mention the time saved and not enough grill space for ten racks. For the record I have no financial stake whatsoever in this. I just thought some folks might like to know about it. As far as I know they don't advertise anywhere except on the special board inside the dining room. I went in for lunch the week before Memorial Day and saw it and have bought some 4th of July also. You can't buy a rack raw for 10 bucks, and the time savings is worth a lot me. The ribs are delicious also.

Big B became so hit or miss for us that we gave up on them.  That is ashamed because BBQ is not hard to do.  Seems it was more hit than miss when they were at the car wash location.  Once we were there and order BBQ sandwich and my wife ordered ribs.  Took forever.  We finally asked what was taking so long.  Server went back to kitchen, came back and said they were cooking the ribs.  Now in my bbq challenged mind, you cook ribs before hand, and have them in foil ready to serve at dinner time.

I may try the Rib takeout just to give them another chance.

Always buy my ribs cooked from piggly Wiggly in Electic-they-use Hardins rub & meat falls off the bone

  I understand what you mean by hit or miss. Today's batch wasn't as good as the last, but still better than I can do and nobody complained. I will still do it again because it is easy and a bargain.
