Just build a boathouse like the Romneys in NH where you can keep your boats safely out of harms way from lake riff raff. It appears to be 2,730 sq feet. Owner: ROMNEY ANN D BOATHOUSE EXCELLENT 2730 x 1 66 350.00 100 $630,630

That $630K sure help out alot of contractors and small businesses in that area.  You want people with his kind of money spending it like that.

But I agree it will definitely help solve the wave problem. However, for those of us on a more limited budget we too can solve the wave problem without spending the big bucks. And by the way, you know why he has that big boathouse, right? Because he can........ And if I had his money I would too.

I would rather have Bill Clinton's boat house.  I am sure you could have more fun there.

I was going to go just that route, but could not get APCo to approve the addition. My next project will be to get six old pontoon boats, strip everything above the decks, lash them end to end and anchor them about 50 yards in front of the pier. I will also have 120 volts (GFCI'ed of course), a fridge, stereo and some chrome-plated poles mounted vertically.

As long as he looks out instead of down - the view is great.
