I just bought a vacation house on Lake Martin. In order to get around the lake, I was wondering if anyone knows of a link that has GPS coordinates for landmarks and marinas on Lake Martin.

try googlemaps.com i was told that was the site to go to when you are dealing with water ways, but im not sure.

Many of the small businesses around the lake sell lake maps. Most of them have the updated edition that includes GPS coordinates. That map includes the GPS locations of almost all hazard buoys on the lake. If you know the general area of your intended destination and that restaurant or marina doesn't have their coordinates shown on the map just look for the nearest hazard marker and you'll have what you need to get there.

You can pin point lat and long coordinates on google earth. the url is to the page on google that allows for a free download of the google earth program required to use the free google service. It is an amazing service that will allow you to see aerial photo's of major cities across the entire world, and satelite photo's of less populated area's such as Lake Martin. Once you load it , go to Bagdad, very interesting.
