Subject:	fuel bulb will not pressurize

2015 Johnson, 115 hp.  Bulb has been replaed and is pumping fuel but will not harden.  Could carb be cracked?  Makes motor very hard to start initially but runs good during the day after initial starting.  Any thoughts?

I dont think a 2015 Model is carburated (but being a Yamaha Dealer, I am not sure 100%)  Maybe a 4 stroke and if that is the case it is a Suzuki. (made for OMC)  If that is the case, check diaphram pump and maybe the VST pump.  Is there oil/fuel in the water upon initial start up?
