Does anyone have 2 or 3 old out dated propane tanks to make mooring buoys at Pirate Island?

I was working around the garage last night and had a thought..... Not sure exactly how you plan to work everything around the island but a couple of years ago we started using kids jumping balls for bumpers around the boat and they are really inexpensive - maybe 15$ for the smallest one. they could be anchored to the bottom however and easy to see to tie to. Go to jumpingballs.com. I would contribute to buying one or two for the cause if that will help.

Granted I don't have any idea on enforcing but it would be better if everyone anchored out from the island instead of pulling up on the beach. It seems to me that adds to errosion of the island. It's usually too crowded for me so I just go by the beach at jump off rock down from Steamly Bridge and anchor.
