Our houseboat group is planning a low country shrimp boil for the holiday weekend. What "extra" ingredients do you add other than the traditional shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, onions and the shrimp boil seasonings?

I add the following:
Crawfish, 1 can of beer, salt, olive oil and at least a half cup of white vinegar.
Enjoy

The mushrooms are my favorite. They pick up the spices better than anything. Burst of boil flavor.
