I refuse to believe ALPCO can drop the lake at > 1"/hour as they have in the last 24 hours and can't prevent a 4 ' over full pull flood over a 5-day period. Since we know the water didn't come out of Neely Henry how did it get his high....I think Bubba was hung over after race weekend and forgot to open up the flood gates.

Now that the flooding is over Neely Henry has been raised 5' just as quickly as it was lowered 5' when Logan started to hold/flood. I don't get it.
