I have an older boat house, steel frame with wood decking and galvc. metal roof.. Two slips about 20 to 24 ft long and 8 to 10 wide. 600.00.,,, located on Simpson creek. Needs a little work but it is probably well worth the work. I have a new one and no longer want this one.
