Steve, at 4:41PM today you made a post with the subject "Well..".
In that post you said that you have been refused membership in the HOBOs and/or Lake Watch. I must tell all on the forum that that statement is a bald faced lie. I have no idea of your possible motivation to make such an untrue statement, but please know that your lack of integrity is appalling.
In July or August 2007, you made a post on this forum that you were going to join the HOBOs and make a large donation to the group. You did neither.
No person has ever been denied membership in the HOBOs, and any member is welcome to run for any elective office. The Lake Martin HOBOs (and Lake Watch)is the only truly membership driven organization on the lake. This seems out of character for a lake business owner.

OSMS, indeed it was my intent to join you guys and you know that. After mine and your relationship got started off in the wrong direction I figured it was best we did not continue our friendship. That is why I came to your home, and appologized for what I said/emailed to you face to face. You indeed are a very good person, but sometimes I gotta job you in the side a little bit. No harm intended sir. However, you MUST be feeling guilty. I made NO mention of HOBOs in that post. See my copy and paste ---
"There are Organizations, that should concentrate of topics like this, but for some reason they choose to chase other things that really don't matter to anyone other than themselves. One day soon, maybe.....JUST MAYBE I can run for office of one of those organizations and make a difference. But for now, they refuse to let me in. I wonder why?"
I was talking about political groups, but you must be feeling guilty???? But, if you think you and HOBOs can change fuel tax on the lake, I'm all in for that. I think it would take a much larger political power group. That is what I was speaking of. Maybe you owe me an appology now. That was rude and uncalled for sir.
