Smoked 4 briskets and 4 whole chickens this weekend on a 30" Masterbuilt electric I bought for the lake. !8 of us ate two meals from that and sides from our 5 houseboats. Needless to say we had plenty left over so it was vacuum packed, frozen,and is now waiting on anotehr community meal later this summer or early fall.
