Let's see if I have this correct

Baltimore

- population is 68 % black

- police deptarment is 68 % black

- fire deptarment is 58% black;

- school district is 86% black

- school teachers are 72% black;

- city council is 90% black;

- Mayor is a black;

- chief of police is black;

- 54% of population is on welfare;

And who do they blame for the reason they are living in poverty?

GFY,

How do you equate the state of alabama to the city of Baltimore?  Seems to be 2 different states.

Perhaps compare the city of Montgomery to Baltimore instead of your non sequitar.  I actually don't think that race is the key to Baltimore.  It is years of Democrat ruinous polcies that have destroyed the black family.  Oh, and while you are making the comparison you might look at how much the city of Baltimore spends to "educate" each student compared to Montgomery or even the state of Alabama.

But be sure of this, if Baltimore were a state it would come in 57th of the 50 states in terms of economic outcome, education of its yutes, etc.......using dear leader's grasp of US geography of course.  GF, you make this so easy its almost not even an effort to decimate your response.
