Guys,

I have just moved to the Moody area and I am looking for Bank Fishing areas that I can fish from,  yesterday 12-26-014, I decided that me and the wife would have a drive around the lake and see what areas that where availeble to fish from the bank, we started from the Pell City exit and went all the way down to the west side of lake down to the dam, we had a look aroung the dam, acces on the fishing pier part, not exactly what I was looking for, but it was a start, just an over view, I fish for Carp and yes I hear you say: what for!, trash fish!, for me its angling and I have enjoyed this for over 25 years, I can cast up to 200yrds with my bait of choice attached, I would appreciate any knowledge or input from anybody that frequents this Lake.

Welcome to the area, this site only has a handful of people that watch or comment. You would be better to go to facebook and seach "all things Logan Martin" there are hundreds of people there and most likely will answer you quickly. https://www.facebook.com/groups/459268034087235/

I live near Stemly Bridge and there are people fishing there almost every nice day. There's room to park on the right of way on the west ( Pell City) side and there's a pretty well worn path down the side of the bridge. That's the only area I know of.
