This is what APCO had on their site :
On March 30, 2011, the Corps of Engineers approved an elevation variance for Logan Martin to store water up to elevation 463 msl until the rule curve is intersect later in April. Expect to see lake levels somewhat higher than normal for this time of year. Individuals with boats and water-related equipment and facilities should always stay alert to changing conditions and be prepared to take the necessary steps to protect their property.
I wish someone would tell them it has happened. Time for an increase in water level

Mysteriously it is gone now and we are past that intersection with the curve.....
