I'm not even sure why this is a discussion point.  If he is overweight, he is no different than the majority of Americans.  So what?  Have you looked at Joe Biden's middle lately?  Too much ice cream.  

He is 77.  If you have not yet reached that age, let me be the first to tell you that your weight will shift and it will get harder to lose weight and to keep it off.  The comparison pictures are young men, in their prime, probably in the prime condition of their lives.  

You can hate his weight, hate his hair, hate his skin tone, hate his wrikles, the way he dresses etc, but he was still a better President than Biden.  Do you remember that he turned his salary back to charity, but Biden has hoarded his.  Yep, he's taking his $400,000 a year on top of the money that he got influence peddling.  He's a real sterling character.
