What we as American citizens and our business owners are having forced upon us by our federal government and our "legal" system is sickening to say the least. It is appalling how we are standing by and watching our great nation become helpless under our federal leadership. While there are numerous events taking place that evidence this, one specific case ongoing right now involves the company of Hobby Lobby. For a little background, Hobby Lobby owner and CEO David Green has filed a lawsuit over Obama Care's federal mandate requiring employers to provide insurance for female contraceptives. The lawsuit alleges that the mandate is unconstitutional and requests an injunction to prohibit it from being enforced. At present, Federal Judge Joe Heaton of the U.S. District for the Western District of Oklahoma denied the request for a preliminary injunction. Hobby Lobby faces a January 1, 2013 deadline to comply with the mandate. Failure to do so will entail a penalty of up to $1.3 million per day.
