In 3 lines or less CL, please explain "allowing insurance markets to do harm to the most vulnerable of citizens".  Over the next 8 years Medicaid spending in the Senate Bill would increase at twice the rate of the inflation, (twice that of Medicare expansion rate, which will only increase at the rate of inflation).  After 8 years, Medicaid expansion will mirror that of Medicare spending, ie, at the rate of inflation.
