I think you are beating around the bush. If charges are being made by voters I think they have the right to come forward and be heard. When the election official was approached and ask a question he turned and quickly went up the stairs. Not very good publicity when voter fraud is a major concern in this election. if an elected official can not respond to a question about the system he or she is not worthy of the position that is funded by the tax payers.
