Considering the Declaration of Independence… and in particular Article 5. and the 2^nd Amendment of The Constitution, we see that the founding fathers, having experience with such, had the foresight to provide remedies for scurrilous, oppressive, and over reaching government.

It is hoped that the governors will exercise Article 5… before the cure is chaotically effected by the 2^nd Amendment.
