Not necessarily.  Perhaps God created both good and evil and just lets the chips fall where they may. 

I don't want to get into a religious debate.  I believe that homosexuals (men and women) are born that way.  I don't think it is a "lifestyle choice", other than I think it is a human urge to seek love (physical and emotional) and happiness and companionship(Understand that I am not including transgenders here or even bisexuals  - because I do think there is a certain amount of emotional "conditioning" involve with those two things.  I base this opinion on the homosexuals that I have known.  I don't think anyone would choose that for themselves.  You know, even with ruling of the Supreme Court and their ability to marry, it is still a very diffcult life.
