Uh Hound, let me understand this. A rider eliminating federal funding of PP and CPB is not a spending issue? I wonder what you use to pay your bills but I use money. If someone wants to eliminate a source of my funding that actually is a fiscal issue. That they chose to reduce funding in a targeted way is perfectly fine with me. Happens all the time and I could not think of better places to reduce funding.

Its all about the money Hound or why would the Demoncrast care?
