I think asking her if she is sorry for her vote is not the right question. Even if she is unhappy with her choice there is no way to convince her that McCain would be better, even if we all believe in our heart of hearts that he clearly would have been better. The fact is if we had McCain in there he would be doing all sorts of deals with Nancy and Harry and driving us crazy. Would he be better than the current bunch of nincompoops? In my view absolutely! But if he were there she would be asking us the very same question about McCain and none of us would admit our mistake because we would still believe that he was better than Obama.

The right question is whether she would vote for him again today (of course assuming the GOP put forth a credible candidate)? And would she support a change in control of the House and/or the Senate to try to stunt some of his big government policies and force him to try to lead?

I have long said his Presidency will hinge on whether he is ideological or ambitious. I think there is no doubt he is ideological and will accept being a one term President in order to enact his big government, statist agenda. Of that I no longer have any doubt. Watch what happens if the GOP takes control of the House and/or the Senate. The insanity we will see from November 3rd to January 1 will be unrivaled. They will try to push through every one of their remaining leftist wet dreams with the enthusiastic support of Obama.
