I concur with Carlson.  We hired The Backyard a few years back to construct some large retaining walls, stone patios, and stone steps from the house to the lake (we have some significant elevation)!  Their work was prompt, outstanding, and their bid was a little over 1/3 of the other bid that we obtained.  We have built two houses here at Lake Martin and of all of the contractors and subcontractors we have dealt with over the years, The Backyard is at the very top of the list.
