You know, they all looked pretty foolish, especially when they pledged to support Trump if he is nominated. Surely no one thought Trump was sincere when he said he would support the nominee! Kasich missed his opportunity. He should have said "no, I could not", and I would think a lot of support would have rallied around him. None of them felt bold enough to match Trump's shtick with a mature display of statesmanship. I just don't understand why there hasn't been more support for Kasich, he's the most impressive to me.
I think we are seeing seismic changes in US politics right now, starting with some major realignments inside the Conservative Movement... I wonder if this will open up "space" for a new moderate/centerist party as a counterweight.
Meanwhile, the GOP is getting a smack-down by the World Wrestling Foundation.
