GF, my view is that the criminal acts Charlie Rangle is accused of are a far cry worse than some guy who is a hypocrite. Heck, if you look at the history of pols in Louisiana this pales in comparison. Besides, didn't you and the rest of the left tell us that sex is a personal matter? At least Vitter didn't lie under oath like Clinton...
As for Scott, a couple of comments. First, it is obvious you have never occupied a C-level seat or apparently even been around one if you think that the CEO can't be kept out of the loop on fraud, mismanagement, etc. Secondly, Columbia/HCA was thoroughly investigated and I can assure you that AG's live to parade CEOs in handcuffs to promote their political careers. Maybe, just maybe, the guy was actually innocent. I realize that wing nut leftists think every CEO should go to prison because they make more money than the average union thug but as I recall a person is innocent until proven guilty. So your example of Scott being elected Governor is null and void.
Finally, you don't want to get into a tit for tat on corruption and sleaze as I can find 3 examples on the left for every one on the right, especially when you throw in being reelected and not being contrite. Sleaze, sweetheart deals, corruption, fraud, sexual shenanigans are all resume enhancers for the left.
