It CRD is a doctor he swore the Hippocratic oath.  A major aspect of the oarh is the pledge ''to do no harm''.  If CRD thinks the vaccine is or even might be a lifesaver and refuses to endorse it's use when asked an opinion I believe a case could be made he is breaking his oath.  The same goes if he considers the vaccine dangerous to life and refuses to speak up.  You, I assume, have not taken the oath so you are free to be as wishy-washy as you please regardless of how irresponsible your words may be.
