being forced to loan to those not financially qualifed to repay.  Read the damn law and the rules and regs regarding the law.  Banks were forbidden to use any different financial qualifications for potential borrowers who were, before the law, disqualified by redlinning.  The rules and regs specifically stated NO BANK SHALL HAVE TO MAKE A LOAN TO ANY PERSON, GROUP OR BUSINESS which would otherwise not qualify due to financial considerations.  The descent into the abyss was much more due to the deregulation of banking courtesy of Sen Phil Gramm (R TX) which enabled banks to unload bad loans by bundling them with other loans and selling them to fly by night scumbags that left the taxpayers holding the bag.  Look it up people, don't fall for the Goebbels's scam...''If you tell a lie enough times it becomes accepted as the truth''.  God knows the forever Trumpers have that down pat!!

As for the COVID 19 pandemic (there is no Wuhan Virus) I guess MM's admission that it is maybe a problem is progress.  The vaccine development was impressive with little more than lip service from Trump.  Too bad he wasn't as gung ho about actually getting it in people's arms! No more lies dammit!
