I, OTOH, am not amazed in the slightest that you can't tell the difference. Withholding foreign aid in an effort to coerce the lawful recipient into assisting you with your re-election campaign constitutes bribery, extortion, and a violation of Federal election laws. As simple and correct as that explanation is, we all know that you will pretend not to understand it.
