Hmmm, just spitballing here, but I'm pretty sure it's the same folks who paid for Republican members of Congress to make trips to Russia, for #45's idiot kids and SIL to fly on Air Force One to Europe and elsewhere, for his numerous golf trips to various resorts he owns, for Ben Carson's stupidly expensive office furniture, for a huge tax break for folks who're already filthy rich, for Steve Mnuchin and his wife to fly on government aircraft for vacations, for Mitch McConnell's wife to hire a full-time facilitator in the DOT to assist her hubby in getting money appropriated for Kentucky, etc., etc.
