You say that "those that are college educated may not be smarter, but they are more educated and that says a lot about their judgement". I don't agree that being college educated necessarily leads to better judgement. When you consider that our colleges and universities are much more liberal in their approach to education, students in many cases are afraid to speak their thoughts and ideas for fear of bias from their professors. This atmosphere can have a negative effect on students as they are trying to develop their application of good judgement. I don't think that the majority of students today, as well as the general public, are that much in touch with the ideals and greatness under which our country was founded. That being said, I believe there is a very large percentage of our population that can't identify with and understand the degree of excellence our government must provide we the people. If there was a basic "test" that could be given that would show our knowledge and degree of understanding of our government, I believe we would fail miserably.
